- Salary is significantly below industry standards, with minimal raises and a very small bonus. Overtime is always but not compensated. - No training, mentorship, or career growth opportunities. There is no clear career path, and performance evaluations are nonexistent. - Employees often juggle multiple projects (more than three at a time), leading to burnout. Supervisors do not provide guidance or conduct performance discussions, making salary adjustments and promotions unclear. - High employee turnover due to unsustainable workload and lack of growth opportunities.
