      Horrible for new employees

      Good coffee machines, free coca cola and snacks

      Horrible office spaces, inattention to new employees, very confusing company when one first starts, no teamwork whatsoever is encouraged, people are hired because they are 'nice' and not because they are competent, managers have no idea how to deal and how to manage or lead people (and especially new employees). No one can make a decision and when interviewed get ready to speak to at least 7 people at different times and for an offer to be delivered moths afterwards...

      "Not for long term career prospects"

      It is just another company...nothing great.

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth prospects and this is after 7 years of service. There is no possibility to transfer to another department or role even if you are actually qualified. The Manager StraightJackets you into one particular slot and doesn't let you grow. They just lock you in, for their own selfish ends. The European Team is toxic !!!
