Pros
Some manager are professional and calm they know how to handle their team member and management too, as he know how MNC works. If you are working under him then its always pros as you will get chance to learn and explore more in terms of professional growth.
Cons
1. Lack of professionalism in some managers as well as other employee. 2. Some employees follow manager so much that they are becoming like them. 3. Managers and employee will talk immature way they don't know to differentiate personal as well as professional life. You will get feeling that along with experienced and freshers team that you are in college. As most of them belong to same college. 4. Some team members having more work whereas some are not having any work. 5. There are three kind of team members in anchanto Who is ready to insult themself. Who is ready to say "yes" to all things said by managers Who is directly dealing with higher management instead of going through managers or working under good manager. 6. People belonging to 2nd category will definitely get good appraisal. 7. People belonging to 1st category will get less chance to get appraisal or appreciation and manager will send your bad review to upper management. 8. Manager will show you that they are always right and you are wrong. 9. Team members are not taking things sportingly they will take things on ego. If you are new member they will tease you with manager. Manager will support team member in proking. 10. Your role will change, no clear vision of future. 11. Old employee is having all pros. 12. Old employee doesn't support new ones. As some one already mention that.
