      Pros

      Very helpful in getting interns on board with projects. Make you feel like you are the owner of them.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel like you are twiddling your thumbs. But that's kind of to be expected in an internship.

      Pros

      Interning at Andersen this summer has been wonderful. They give meaningful, real-world projects to each intern, and provide us with the resources necessary to complete our work. The full-time employees are extremely helpful and welcoming. This is only my 3rd internship, but I've never felt more at home at a company.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any!
