      Desires and Wishes to be a good company Salary was decent

      New Products take forever to launch... Timelines are inexistent or not followed with none sense of urgency from anybody... Managers that were made in the company and don't have any clue about how the processes they are running now should run... Processes and tools are from the 90s... but they want to be a XXI century company and they demand people to work like if they were but with an Abacus..
