Upper management does not seem to possess to skills required to be good and/or effective leaders. I would give each of them this one piece of advice, "management is not placed in their positions because they have all of the answers, nor are they expected to. Management is placed into their positions because they are being given the RESPONSIBILITY of leading, which means leaning on and trusting the people who do all of the work to give you the insight you need to be able to lead." The processes and systems are also severely outdated, which makes everything take too long. The CM department is overrun.
