Bad training curriculum, management that doesn't truly buy in to company ethos, getting help with standard operating procedures, being treated as clean up crew/ secretary personnel because no one wants to train you. "Baptism by fire" method of training....also takes forever for IT to grant you access to platforms necessary to do job.

Few Vacations - High Workload

Management has mishandled quality for the last 2-3 years that we have lost business and are now under scrutiny by other branches of the company. We recently had a contract negotiation and we watched them bully and harass members with scare tactics into taking a contract that benefits no one. Staff are getting offers for other jobs elsewhere and their reaction is to treat the poorly until they leave, then increase the workload on the remaining staff.

Benefits are industry standard and nothing more Operator/management relationship should be better than it is
