      Good team, processes worked well. Staff benefits package was good. Social events for staff

      HR Department weren't very professional. Lot's of people trying to run the place. Employee health not of a concern.

      the company provided good training, there was never any problem with wages and crew change, the girls in glasgow office were good

      Cons

      Depending on the ship owner determines a lot of the cons for seafarers such as salary and conditions, I never had many to be honest
