      Cons

      Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.

      Depending upon the project you are working on, you could see a lot more of toxicity and bias because of cultural differences within the group.
