A Degrading Place to Work

Pros

They hire great people. You will like your co workers. On an employee level, people are nice and caring.

Cons

Owners and managers have no management or leadership skills so they just yell. Very unprofessional. The model is come here, make nothing, get some experience and go be valued somewhere else. Employees know they are easily replaceable and not valued. This and the horrible pay make for really bad morale. Everyone is miserable.

Pros

Flexible hours, accounts are relatively simple. Most coworkers are good people.

Cons

There is zero direction from upper management. Both of the founders try to sell you on how valuable you are as an employee but don't do performance reviews or raises. There is no room for growth. Lack of recognition from upper management and moderate turn over. CONSTANT micromanaging.

You can learn about technology.

Cons

Management is clueless, rude and disrespectful. Pay sucks so employees only talk about getting out because they have to. Can't live on the money you make here.
