Pros

Great brands and products, although inherited. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Head of HR has no background in HR, and it shows. Despite having great leaders in sales and sales ops, they have little to no control over necessary changes that need to be made. Budget seems to be allocated in all the wrong places, and it is consequential to the teams truly generating revenue. They are new to the pet industry and as a company, and will not listen to the veterans who have seen and done it all for over ten years.

Work from home, unlimited PTO, lots of holidays.

Cons

Upper management is learning CPG, lots of friends were hired to run departments. Passing the blame felt like a daily occurrence. Went more than 6 months without knowing sales.

Remote work and decent pay.

Cons

They like to hire young and inexperienced talent which may be an insecurity to anyone being hired that may be smarter than her. CEO seriously thinks she and her brand is something special which would make sense if you actually know how to run a business or manage a team. It really felt like ask no questions or indicate anything that needs to be improved upon. Bullying by her friends she hired is completely acceptable and how the team operates. It really felt like a popularity contest in high school vs a professional environment.
