Pros

Remote working - not that it is a con these days as many companies do this!

Cons

Awful higher management - tragic leadership. No career opportunities once you go up one step above your current title unless you are friends with the ELT probably. They do not care about their employees at all especially the ones that do all the grunt work for them. Toxic working hours as there is no capacity across any department (9AM-3AM sometimes). Any issues brought up are completely ignored. Zero work-life balance.

Pros

Some great colleagues and there used to be some decent perks relating to the content booked.

Cons

Low pay, general disregard for staff, inability to move up the ladder, numerous managerial lies, outright illegal hiring practices at times and scumbag leaders who, for example, took multimillion dollar bonuses after slashing company-wide pay to keep the company afloat. The entire thing is a sinking ship: they routinely struggled to pay vendors and suppliers and the second entertainment companies realise they don't need a middle man to book their content on flights, this company is done for.

Pros

Good people, remote working, global company, the front runner in its field of content and connectivity

Cons

Leadership team give mixed messages and don't follow up on what they say they will do. They have made some really bad choices in staff selection in higher positions

Thank you for taking the time to share your inputs. The journey over the past 18 months has been very challenging for Anuvu and our employees. Through the collective hard work of both leadership and our employee base, we were able to emerge from the transition of being publicly traded to privately owned in a stronger overall position as a company. Through this transformation, there were several organizational changes resulting in people voluntarily leaving the organization and new talent coming in the doors. While we believe we are very communicative to our team members about the goings on of Anuvu, there are times where we have had to shift in a different direction due to business conditions. When recruiting for Anuvu talent, we strive to identify the best talent fit for Anuvu' s culture, whom will be contributors to our desired outcomes. We welcome continued input from all of our existing and former employees to aid us in building the desired culture of "Agile, Applied, and Advanced."
