Poor management but great product

Pros

Great Tech, Hardworking teams, Go getter attitude, Some truly amazing people.

Cons

Senior management are venomous, irrational and clique, Targets unrealistic, Tech teams in India confrontational and not helpful, Lots of people pushed out and mistreated, seasoned sellers pushed because not part of clique. CRO (just removed) had a massive ego and did not do much. Candian team were brilliant yet head was pushed out by the CRO despite being over target. Previous CRO (removed in 2021) was a cold blooded bully who gave zero support, didnt understand the business and added zero value to his team. The morning team calls were an excuse to be attacked and bullied. Some customers unhappy due to poor implementation and constant change of sales people. CEO is arrogant, stubborn and sits on his throne looking down on everyone. HR seems kind and caring but dont seem to help anyone by addressing bad culture.

As a company which has created world class products; we owe it our leaders and their visions. We hear you on the targets however the targets are what pushes us to strive and achieve big. We acknowledge that there have been changes in the management team but this only means that we have explored, tried and tested different strategies from which some were a hit and some did not go well as expected. We learn from our mistakes like we always do right from 2005 where we started off with just a handful of employees. We value every individual who joins us as we know that they are extending help to chase our dreams so we take utmost care to make sure we create best of the experiences for them. CEO is open to feedbacks and has brought in a lot of knowledge, wisdom and people into the company. He is one of the leaders who absolutely spends time to understand and value his employees more than his customers. It is sad to hear you had a different experience. Bullying anyone is not ok and we are sorry you felt that way - please reach out to us as we'd like to address this and understand what made you feel this way.

Worst experience.

You can easily attain Sanyasa, seeing the toxic environment and realizing how worst the world can can be.

Cons

1. The company level mesure of efficiency of an employee is the number of lines committed per day. Even if someone commits scrap. 2. Tamil domination. Some meetings happen in Tamil. 3. No value given to the employee. You will be treated as slave. Don't think of pointing out some wrong the process. You will be marked for firing in the next cycle. 4. Just hire and fire. You access will be removed within an hour if you are fired. 5. If you discuss about firing, you would be receiving threatening calls from HR 6. HRs unprofessionals. Even toilet product selling salesmen are better in lying or keeping their words. 7. Working till 11 PM is thought not only normal, only those will be considered as working employees. 8. Can't trust anyone. You don't know your manager, architect, TL, your colleague or someone you don't even know digging behind you for your evaluation. 9. Evaluation measures are crazy and normal company's cannot even think of them. Like a bug fix is better if there are more numbers of lines and number of commits. One who fixes bugs is better than one who delivers full fledged features from planning. Because the big count would be more. 10. You don't be able to pick features. You will be assigned. So in summary, if you join, you would be getting worst experience. And pay ok but not above the par.
