3yAs a company which has created world class products; we owe it our leaders and their visions. We hear you on the targets however the targets are what pushes us to strive and achieve big. We acknowledge that there have been changes in the management team but this only means that we have explored, tried and tested different strategies from which some were a hit and some did not go well as expected. We learn from our mistakes like we always do right from 2005 where we started off with just a handful of employees. We value every individual who joins us as we know that they are extending help to chase our dreams so we take utmost care to make sure we create best of the experiences for them. CEO is open to feedbacks and has brought in a lot of knowledge, wisdom and people into the company. He is one of the leaders who absolutely spends time to understand and value his employees more than his customers. It is sad to hear you had a different experience. Bullying anyone is not ok and we are sorry you felt that way - please reach out to us as we'd like to address this and understand what made you feel this way.
