      You will get salary on time.

      Cons

      bargain alot before you join. after you join, your yearly salary increment will be a joke. no career development. No new technologies. No training. Buttering up to the management and seniors employees will give you more money. do not join if you love your career.

      * Great opportunity to work 24 hours without additional pay * Salary on time * Coffee machine

      Cons

      * Don’t join or Don't stick to the company, that will kills your career * Leave polices are big comedy here * 3 months notice period * Salary not as per industries * Appraisals and other benefits to repay once you resigned * worst work culture ever seen. * No coding standard and structure even don’t have BA documentation and Jira * Milk and Tissues are limited
