      Pros

      Culture of trust - I'm left to get on with my job and stakeholder higher up in the business have faith in my expertise. Really nice company structure and friendly vibe. Great staff social events including summer and Christmas parties.

      - Good challenge, lots of learning - High Learning curve but not overwhelming - Good work-life balance; management are flexible - Very knowledgeable management team - Direct and fast customer feedback; new development pushed out to customers very fast - Opportunity to work on a product family that brings such high feedback from customers
