Pros
I have recently started as PMO Support Analyst.
Starting from the beginning:
- HR department is brilliant, the team is very friendly and happy to help. I felt comfortable straightaway. The process as smooth, and the interview was almost a nice conversation rather than long list of questions.
- After I started I have found colleagues happy to help and any time, sharing what they know, but also conscious of the typical "information overload" that everyone experience at the beginning. I had the right time to learn.
- The management team is "unreal". I have worked for different company, and where I enjoyed my time it was were the management was down to hearth, and very approachable. This is exactly what I have found here. They are all very friendly, open to question and challenges, and most importantly they seem to really listen to their employees.
- The company looks after the employees, there are several social events, and always an opportunity to get to know your colleagues.
- I think I understood that career progression is very much possible.
- Twice a day sandwich van to cover different lunch breaks
Cons
- Location might be a little outside the city center / so be ready to come with train/bus. There isn't nothing around, beside a Costa coffee in the gym next door.
