Everything is bad except on time salary
Pros
Okok for new joiners, but still I won't recommend it. life will be hell here. Some seniors are very helpful. Team members are always there to help. Bad business team except their manager, they thinks developers are always free and business team is the only one driving whole company.
Cons
Below market standards salary, not even enough for a month. Long working hours, Management always asks for overtime. No extra pay for that. avg 12-14 hr work hours. No flexible timings, strictly be on time else half day Salary cut. Work on weekends. after office hours. Literally they can call you anytime. Attitude of Business team and some leads. No perks for employees, except cutting chai twice a day. Yes guys they didn't have any tea or coffee vending machine. 45 min break excludes your 10 hour work time. total 11 hr. and that compulsory overtime is extra.
