Good teammates and terrible human resources

Pros
I love some of the teams I get to work with. I love being able to have a job at all in my career. PRs are good and thorough. Team members are easy to get along with and good at what they do.
Cons
Salary is very much on the low end. HR will not prioritize you to save your life. Titles can be very slow to change (I was forgotten about while waiting for a title change). I am still not on payroll after almost 3 years of being there. There is some friction between teams, and I have had the unfortunate experience of being caught in the middle. Some access requests are like pulling teath.
