Pros
I got my start at ACE after returning to school at the age of 33 and getting my chemical engineering degree at 40. They took a chance on me and gave me an opportunity that has paid off in a large way for me. They let me struggle and cut my teeth on PLC and HMI design projects which gave me a skill set that is in very high demand right now. Because of the years I spent with ACE, I now have a 6 figure salary with one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in the world. I owe them my career.
Cons
My only criticism would be that the entry level salaries are in the low side, but honestly this is no different that any other company I've been at. These days if you want to make money you have to bounce around a bit. ACE does what they can to retain talent, but this is an industry wide problem.
