Great business and very successful product(s). Experienced and committed team putting in place some good results this year.
Cons
Let down by lack of technology team and tech leadership. Systems and data disjointed. No clear plan of how global expansion particularly B2C will take place with no tech plan in place. A lot of manual work and spreadsheets involved which take hours.
