      Colleagues are friendly and are readily available to resolve any queries or doubts one may have. Management doesn't micro-manage you if you complete your work in a timely manner

      Cons

      Growth prospects are limited and mid/low visibility if you're in geographies outside of the US/EU. Yearly bonuses could be better
