Pros
This is a truly open company where the company and employees are honest with each other. Everybody even knows other people’s salaries, where the company is going and what needs to happen for the company to get to the next level. Every matter is discussed and voted on in agency-wide in transparent meetings.
The structure is very flat but still provides room to growth across the internal competency models. The company is also very supportive around providing tools, resources and various courses to push everybody forward.
Cons
Flat and open hierarchy means you should be prepared to be honest and proactive. Which filters out shady people at the gates :) (Not really a con)
