Pros

Apploi is a great company. Employees are motivated and involved. Everybody seems genuinely committed to helping the company grow all the while addressing the nursing shortage! There is a lot of team building, fun games and rewards. And compensation is fair.

Cons

Not a con, but looking forward to scaling teams even more as we grow!

Leadership is understanding of special circumstances and open to helping individuals succeed and grow. They don't expect you to work after hours, during vacation, or weekends unlike many small companies.
