      Pros

      People at Appointedd are very smart and capable, and, quite possibly, some of the loveliest bunch you’ll ever meet! Everybody helps one another and truly cares about each other and the company. People are encouraged to bring on new ideas to make things better. The team isn’t big, so c-suite and senior managers are within reach and are there to listen and support you - so your voice is heard and can make a difference.

      Cons

      This is not really a 'con' but it can be useful to know. Appointedd is still a relatively small yet ambitious team so there are often a number of competing priorities and always things to do. So for someone not used to fast pace work environment, it can be challenging. Good time management skills and ability to prioritise is key if you wish to succeed at Appointedd!

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Appointedd. The team is amazing and the work/life balance is perfect. I get to grow and learn new things all the time and everyone is super helpful. The leadership also really cares about self-development, so if there is anything specific that you want to achieve, even if it's outside of your every day role, you're encouraged and supported. I'm really glad to be a part of Appointedd.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. It would be nice to have even more benefits and higher salaries, just like anywhere else :)
