      Pros

      The product is best in class with recognizable brand and continued pursuit to evolve. Flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Contrary to endorsed culture by CEO, office and managerial positions are infested by politics that can be brutal. Laid back mindset with close to no room for creative thoughts, supplemented by micromanagement. No HR policies to be availed.

      Best in class technology Huge market opportunity Massive growth with a great Dev team behind it

      Senior leadership in stuck in their old ways and not progressive enough to really move the needle on what they can do No formal sales process which is a massive hinder, as all the sales team just think "they'll buy from me as they need it" - the sales team don't sell. No senior female leadership - its very much a "boys club", even with recent hires.
