      Pros

      There is no employees who is working for at least 3 yrs. As per my knowledge company has not provided full and final settlement for 4 employees.2 in Dubai and 2 India. There is no practice in company. I really don't know this company know this word and meaning . No vertical growth.

      Very very poor company for employees growth

      We have senior guys working for more than 5 years in Dubai. Unfortunately this review was given by an absconded employee who left the organization without serving notice period and without returning company assets

      Pros

      I worked with Appstec full time as a Senior Recruiter for more than 2 Years, Great working, friendly environment. Salary was always on time. HR policies are good. Its a open platform where you explore your needs within the management. Also they have lot of onsite job openings for Oracle Apps Technologies.
