      Very supportive and empathetic leadership team mentoring the next generation of PR and media professionals. Very interesting clients in the STEM sector

      Pros

      Most people were nice and kind. My manager was okay and as supportive as they could be. It wasn't the worst place to work.

      Cons

      Leadership and new business management felt non existent. Truly did not feel secure with that team leading the ship. did not feel heard or like my insight mattered. Scopes never made sense and were so vague and their clients take advantage every time. Absolutely no boundaries. It's comical. Often times the work they were doing might as well have been free. You wonder why profits are low and clients jump ship to better agencies?!
