      Pros

      • Friendly team • Great location • Relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      For a tech company Aptitude feels stuck in the dark ages. The technology is old school and the majority of staff have been here for decades, meaning there is little movement. The office is relaxed but it certainly isn’t a young, dynamic place to work. There are more forward thinking consultancies out there.

      some really good people who are trying very hard to deliver brilliant culture - they have embraced the changing times and understand the sector and employee needs

      Cons

      A company that is trying to grow, but direction is unclear and weak and there is not enough investment and lack of knowledge to make the right calls Has become too corporate and political for many to see a long future.

      Cut costs at staff expense

      Pros

      Team were friendly, office in a great location in London.

      Cons

      No real direction from upper management, especially Marketing. The head of global marketing was particularly clueless. Made a whole department redundant and then re-hired everyone in Poland to save money. Pretty clear they don't actually care about the staff they have, as long as they can save money.
