Constantly on call, company wants you to jump through hoops daily, they make you run the team like workdogs so they are miserable which makes your day hard, they want servicepros to work weekends but then say they cant work the other days of the week so they dont get their "bonuses", the work vehicles are terrible in every sense, managers have to foot the bill if there are issues becuase you dont dare use the credit card they give, there is zero reason managers cant work virtually on meeting days as long as they are able to get to the office for an emergecy, there are managers who are part of "the club" - they can do no wrong - even if what they are doing IS wrong (I will leave it at that).
