Pros

Hot technology area to be in. Huge investments going into other startup competitors so market is buoyant. Core product is good. Some super smart people around the tech side.

Cons

Don't know how to treat employees well. Everything on the cheap. Pay is low compared to tech industry. Comes across as really caring but words are just words. Top management asleep at the wheel. Competitors taking huge strides out of them. The super smart colleagues all left for better horizons.

Truly inclusive and collaborative company culture. A vibrant place to be, great individuals who know how to collaborate and value collaboration

Cons

Running too fast to get ahead of the competition, some warning signs of running before they can walk. Not serious about QA and testing before releasing to market which creates problems early in the customer experience with the product. Adequate processes and resources need to be allocated to QA
