Pros
Great place to learn and develop your career, great people, good product, very good roadmap for the future of the company, and they pay well for a startup company, cibus for all their workers, allows hybrid work, anything you look for in a startup company.
Cons
I was fired due to cutbacks, which was very disappointing. However, they let me keep the MacBook and gave me a severance package, even though I hadn't worked at all, which was a very appreciated gesture.
