Generally, some great folks among the ranks. Investment focus on climate change is also compelling (intellectually as well as personally).
Cons
Turnover is remarkably high, and at all levels. Senior leadership is quick to dispose of people without much hesitation or notice. Not the best management practice, in my opinion.
