Pros

There are some good people working here.

Cons

Employees are completely disposable and upper management not only lies but are only interested in their bonuses and profit margins. Lots of dceptive and reactionary practices here.

Pros

Chefs typically work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The demanding schedule can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and personal time can become scarce.

Cons

The expectations are high, and mistakes can be costly. The pressure to consistently deliver high-quality meals can be intense, and any errors can lead to dissatisfied customers and potential damage to the restaurant's reputation. Limited
