      Poor management within company and the worst manager.

      Pros

      None actually but gets you in the Baylor scott and white network. So if you do wanna work with bsw it will be somewhat easier.

      Cons

      Worst company ever to work for, specially round rock location. No real management. You get treated like a dog. And manager is the worst you can hope for. She doesn’t like other people progressing.

      gorgeous location, some of the people you meet are incredible, minimal living expenses

      Cons

      difficult leadership, union makes getting rid of known predator employees difficult, unsanitary work environments in a variety of departments
