Pros

Salaries are given on time Good bonus amount (for their favorites) A few great team leads, A FEW Work from home facility, flexible timing (now with the electronic whip) Great values (in theory only)

Cons

If you have done something wrong, despite all the good work you did, your failures will be rubbed on your face again and again. Sweet chin music if one client is unhappy with you (even the slightest). You have to record your hours, mentioning the details of the work you did for every 30 minutes. Too good for the "trust over process" value. One of the values "efforts over outcome" is only in theory, in reality outcome is all that matters. Whereas in the meetings you will hear them talk about the culture, giving example of an old ghost story, the only story, of how they celebrated efforts of a team despite the failure. Team leads are gods here, for bonus/increment you have to rely on your team lead. HR will ask you to talk to your lead if you are not happy with the bonus or increment. And may God have mercy on you if your lead is the apple of management's eye. The recently introduced appraisal method has ripped off the human aspects out of the process.

- flexible timings - Mostly good colleagues

- Not even near competitive salary -- Yes, they may allure you that we'll give you the bonus, it sometimes never comes, and isn't worth salary cut. - Innovation -- Being a services company, they don't care about employees' career development or the kind of work they do which can be repetitive and boring. - Toxic -- They ask you to openly ask questions and have a special group of employees to give you shut-up calls then and there. Trying to play good and bad cop. - Pathetic HR -- (Yes I've called it HR) they don't timely respond and are mostly rude in their communication. They had good people which have already left. - No loyalty program -- New hires are mostly far more paid than the old ones, increments are very low and on their discretion with very vague framework which even management, HR, and their lead don't understand. Use them as a hop and don't even think about staying long. - Nepotism is very high here. - Special drives are carried company-wide and employees are asked to give good reviews at different forums.
