      Pros

      Was lots of pros but no longer.

      Cons

      Emea management delusional, poor management style and little value add. Lots of people leaving as you can not longer make target. Made worse by the new parent company.

      Pros

      - Good people and familiar environment - Good product. - Fair salary and compensation. - Relaxed enviroment and excellent work/lifebalance.

      Cons

      - Not much room for progression - Need for more automation in internal processes. At the moment, most decisions are arbitrarily left to the judgment of individuals. Not only this slows down processes, but it also exposes decision makers to mistakes as they cannot be everywhere at anytime. - Not sure the roadmap to beat competition in the future is innovative enough. The risk to be left behind in a fast-evolving industry is out there.
