Lack of understanding of real construction issues. When invited to an interview was treated with disrespect from the moment I arrived. Spent 20 minutes telling me why I was not a good fit instead of an actual constructive interview. When asked about the issue of inviting me to an interview only to immediately declare that they accidentally called in the wrong person because 'they had the wrong resume from the start.' I declare that this is a terrible company to work for and they are not aware of simple construction concerns, ex. Most measuring tapes have up to 1/4 Inch discrepancy between companies and models. They should be calibrated at minimum every six months. If you do construction you know this is not a small thing. That adds up if your wall is 32 feet long. The world is changing quickly and these guys are not up to par when it comes to quality control. And that was only one example of how you need to be aware of construction technology and equipment. If you do not have hands on experience. I don't care how many years you spent at school. You are not qualified for the job
