      - Flexible working and lots of mutual trust - Great team with huge amounts of industry expertise - Cutting edge technology - Great story to tell customers with lots of differentiation - Good work/ life balance - Lots of great logos as customers and adding more every quarter

      - Start up so lack process around some areas but it will come with time - Could provide more employee development

      Pros

      The leadership and initial group of employees are a fun, intelligent, and thoughtful group of people; and so far, they've continued that culture despite the growth spurt within the last couple of years. They understand employees need work-life balance (unlimited vacations in the US), they try to give employees opportunities to grow and explore areas they're interested in, and actively encourage team bonding. Many of the people in the company have worked in the field for years and are very knowledgeable of both the field and it's players.

      Cons

      As the company grows and expands both in terms of location and customers, the job will involve more coordination across various locations and become more demanding.
