Pros

The only pros for me were pay and the annual bonus.

Cons

Teamwork is non-existent, there's no structure or organization to what you do, and micromanagement is at an all time high.

Pros

It was Remote during the COVID-19

Cons

After the STG aquisition there were more support jobs are being outsourced sent over seas. Leadership did several round of layoffs and was not transparent about it. The Support org has horrific management that goes all the way up to the Director. No sense of leadership or empathy towards their employees. You will be extrememly micromanaged, harrassed, and over worked. Workers who have been with the company for 10+ years are stuck in their ways and are more concerned about themselves and the company. They will ask you for your personal contact information to get ahold of you. No growth opportunities and promotion is rare.

Not diverse and Narcissistic Bosses

Pros

The employees are very close because of all the work abuse

Cons

Leaders not operating from a strategy. Attackful bosses. Work tools don't always work, while expectations remain the same. Not a diverse place, so lack of empathy and understanding of dealing with diversity is among the culture. Boss and bosses boss was attackful consistently and one person did go to HR and was let go immediately- So you have to endure it. There are favorites among each team - and they are exempt form doing work. Training consists of watching videos for 200 hours. Kinda MK Ultra. Sells risk tech/consulting and doesn't ID or mitigate risk themselves. Heard that company was sold bc leaders couldn't get along with other leaders. Is laying off and trying to find fault to act like they are firing. Making up the faults to separate from employees. Kinda highchoolish, but staff is not the cool kids or included into anything. Only certain leaders are. Says they pay bonus or spiffs but make up ways to not pay when it is time to pay. Instead gave a inkpen as a reward for being top performer.
