      • Considerate and approachable management, especially when it comes to filing of leaves and relaying concerns. • Provide salary ahead of time. • Permanent WFH setup. • Provide all needed equipment for work • Yearly salary increase • 5 days work

      Cons

      • US holidays are being followed but it's fine since I was able to do important stuff during this free time, like processing government requirements etc. • No internet allowance even now that we are adopting the WFH setting permanently.
