      4 on 6 off if a shift worker 2 x 11 day breaks 1 x 18 day break Paid sick Great salary for a factory

      HOT especially in forming department (but you are working with molten glass)

      Some good people. Ability to make an impact and progress if you please the right people in the right way.

      Cons

      Criminally under-resourced with unrealistic expectations to do both the operational and project-based work. Some C level and subsequently their directors are arrogant, aggressive and rude to their employees, openly criticising performance of individuals. This toxicity has been permitted for far too long.
