      Mixed, but overall disappointing experience

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Great office location. Was growing very fast.

      Cons

      Highly clique culture with the need to be "with us or against us". French management sees others as support staff with a very clear hierarchy, lots of politics and gossip. No work-life balance. High turnover of non-French employees with no aim to fix this issue.

      - high salary - relaxed atmosphere & reasonable hours (work-life balance) - friendly colleagues - responsibility - female friendly culture

      Cons

      - not a very structured training programme. - tend to extend internships rather than offer full-time - very French company still - mainly French people in the office. - hierarchical/ not an open culture - juniors afraid of management

      Great colleagues, they make the company and overall really good, helpful people. Good name in CV

      Cons

      Toxic culture, complete ignored by the HR department. No trust in the HR division and overall toxicity amongst Senior Management.
