It was a good organization for pega professionals but on a downhill now

Fake promises Nepotism No work life balance No HR policies Changed the notice period to 3 months forcefully Many projects are in red coz of desperate sales team Everybody is aware of above problems but not interested in addressing

Good in sucking employees blood

Short answer is - STAY AWAY from these guys. They call them as a company and a Pega elite partner but the reality is they have very few projects on hand and the customers are just small ones. You will end up in bench most of your time and by luck if you're allocated to any project, you'll be told to work in a different time zone altogether which will screw your work-life balance. Don't get WASTED!!
