* The team culture is highly competitive rather than collaborative. * Salary discussions are common within the team, creating unnecessary comparisons. * In my experience, the leadership of the Head of Data Science India lacked transparency and consistency in promotion decisions, creating a perception of favoritism. * During my tenure, I observed an employee receive multiple promotions within a relatively short period, while many others felt career growth was not based on consistent criteria. This negatively affected team morale and retention. * Employees raised concerns about these issues, but many felt that no meaningful action was taken. * Night shifts did not appear to be allocated fairly across the team. * I would not recommend this department until there is greater transparency, fairness, and accountability in leadership.
