Thank you for your feedback. From what you have written, we are able to see that you were probably given an opportunity as a Trainee. As you must be fully aware that a trainee in Argusoft is someone who gets an opportunity to fulfill their final semester academic requirements. It also looks like you did not make it to the end of the training period. Yes. ArguSoft does not have a policy of paying stipend during the training period like several other organization and that is made very clear right from the time the opportunity is presented. Since you must have been a trainee, you would not have received it. To set the record straight, there has never been a default in salary in the entire history of the organization. We strongly encourage and motivate people to invest their time in themselves during the training period and ask them to do so 6 days a week although the regular office follows a five day week. We have received very positive feedback from several people on how this has helped them pack 'years of experience in a very short period'. It is unfortunate that you were unable to see the benefits of this approach. We appreciate critical feedback and are always looking for ways to incorporate ideas that help in keeping Argusoft a great place to be. So let us know if you have some concrete feedback instead of casting aspersions and very general negative feedback about the organization.
