The non managerial employees are fantastic. Loved working with my colleagues in the UK and Scandinavia

Cons

Unfortunately management, particularly those brought in as a result of the purchase of AS Motor, don't live by the core values. There is a culture of bullying and harassment. Forget about speaking to HR as they side with management despite many people coming forward with the same complaints.

Dreadful place - steer clear. Manager is the nastiest, manipulative person I have ever met and doesn't know what he is doing. They use a very willing workforce mostly from Timor but they do not look after them. Facilities are dreadful and unprofessional customer service. Someone had actually been steeling stock for years and they didn't even notice or care.
