      The amount of nepotism for the friends of the C suite is incredible! No communication from the top down Terribly low morale overall No training, no onboarding, no inter-department communications No "open door" policy like they state No transparency and honesty No ability to move up in the company C Suite could care less about regular employees

      Can't really think of any.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from the top, they don't communicate about their expectations and goals. Actually, they hardly communicate with you. Also, they are a highly woke company, and you get backstab a lot.
