Pros

As a beginner, I learned a lot during my time at Arkhitech. The best part was how supportive my teammates were. Although there is strictness about coding quality, it really helps you grow as a developer. The CEO himself trains you in a way that prepares you to work anywhere in the industry. I would definitely recommend Arkhitech if you want to learn and grow.

Cons

- The fast pace might be challenging for absolute beginners. - You need to be self-motivated and open to feedback to get the most out of the experience.

I'm working here for more than one year in sales/support department. The targets are challenging but can be easily achieved with little efforts. - Good Salary. - Good Benefits. - Lunch. - Accommodating Management. - No field work and you have to work from office. - Seniors are helpful and they are providing super training. I learned everything in marketing from here.

Cons

Sometimes targets become challenging in Eid and Muharram months. Management is cooperative but they should be more lenient.

I enjoy working here as a computer sales and support specialist. I dont feel exhausted working here, Team, managers, and CEO are mentors and teach like a teacher.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer Table Tennis which is preferred by most IT employees. We have foosball table in Islamabad office, and are open to making further improvements. Please share such feedback regarding snooker table with HR directly so they can gauge interest of other employees in this regard. Nonetheless snooker table takes up a lot of space, and perhaps there are snooker table places nearby to the office where employees can go together and spend some time playing. HR is always available to facilitate in this regard, and encourages healthy activities.
