Bullying and harassment at work.

Pros

None.The only pros that you are still getting paid to cover basic expenses.

Cons

Some employees are encouraged by management to bully and harass other employees to easier control personnel.As a result,awful work culture and low morale.Constant rotation of personnel

Pros

Salary, staff shop, some good people in potions that can offer support but not enough.

Cons

A strange culture, certainly protection of favourites, I saw examples of cover ups when serious breaches in policy took place. Tow the line or you won’t fit in here. If you are a “yes” man this is the place for you.
