Thank you very much for your feedback. Your opinion is essential to us and helps our team to improve. Please allow us to address each of your points below:
1. Arloid is contracted with a few impactful world brands such as Damac, DHL, etc. Most of our achievements are reflected on our website, on blogs, and on social media. While we would hope that this information is both easily accessible and clear for all employees, it seems we must make even greater efforts to better inform all individuals of our unique solution and achievements.
2. The business is still comparatively young, having only been established in late 2019. With the nature of the machine learning process and extensive information required, we had to focus on one target market for initial go-to-market strategy. We chose the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Bahrein and Saudi Arabia) because there is more suitable weather for our product in the initial implementation stage. The company only set up an office in the UK more recently, hence, while it is our HQ, our business is still primarily in the UAE. Nevertheless, we are starting to operate with new partners located in four-season climate zones. Please look to our LinkedIn page for updates.
3. Our salaries are 34% higher than the average, considering particular roles. We pay staff fully and on time, but we had only one delay (a few days) in October'22 because of technical issues on our Singaporean investor side. We do apologise if it touched you personally.
4. At present, individuals of 19 different nationalities work together in Arloid. We are fully committed to the fundamental principles of equality and treat all employees with respect regardless of race, colour, ethnicity, religion, and beliefs. We are a truly diverse team located in London (HQ), Berlin, Singapore, and Dubai. We have a lively, honest, and open culture based on mutual respect. Given this, it is entirely out of the question that "staff [are] constantly kicked out of meetings when they don’t speak Russian" in Arloid.
5. Our investors are clear and transparent for the whole world and we are afraid that the statement "illegally obtaining money from abroad" does not correspond to reality. In fact, you can find our investors have declared their investments on LinkedIn.
6. We would appreciate it if you allow us to avoid commenting on your statement regarding the CEO's lifestyle. From our perspective, it is unethical to discuss private lifestyles or other personal information of employees. We would only note that our CEO is in the TOP 30 in the "Person" section of Crunchbase: https://www.crunchbase.com/person/sergey-shalunov
We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations and commit to continuous improvement.
